Yes but I'm not increasing the idle speed or pressing the gas at all. Doesn't sound like anything rev matching , it's just like the exhaust deepens but it's quite noticeable
I don't think it's a problem , just stumped on what happens. I start it and let it idle to 120 degrees , hit the clutch and just put it in reverse , upon placing it in gear I hear the exhaust tone deepens fairly dramaticly
Morning all , I have a 19 GT and noticed upon starting the car and letting it warm up that once I put the car in reverse to back out of the garage the exhaust tone deepens and becomes more aggressive. I tested to see if it was the act of the clutch but it appears to only do it once in gear and...
Snagged a set in 285/35/19 off Tirerack shiped for $527 , at that price it's worth a gamble. I mostly see good reviews vs bad and at that price it's worth it. I'll have them mounted Tuesday on a set of SVE R350's. Everyone trashes the stock P-zeros but I honestly think mine are decent as they...
Got the gloss black ones from RV&Auto , $256 bucks. Fit and finish is damn good , gloss black paint looks fantastic. Kit is direct bolt on a( no drilling )comes with prep wipes , adhesive promoter and good tape along the outside. Would absolutely buy again!
Had my SVE R350 wheels mounted. Used the factory 255/40/19's for now until I burn them up abit. Car is lowered on Steeda Progressives with 19/10's squared.
I purchased a set of LMR R350 wheels (19/10's)for my 19 GT. I plan on using my stock 255/40/19's just to burn them up , can I also use my stock Tire pressure sensors or do I have to spend $200 on new ones?
I did the Steeda H pipe on my 19 w/o active and it made a pretty good increase in deep idle as week as it screams when I get on it. I hear the active mufflers are different and sound even better. I think I'd do the X or H pipe and atleast keep that $900 active exhaust functional. Imho
Washed with Dawn soap to remove oils/wax , clay bar with Maguire's spray detailer , rewash with Dawn and dry. I did one coat of the CQuartz yesterday and let it set inside my garage 12 hours before my second coat today. I will do the final coat with the reload bottle tomarrow.
So far so good ,. First time I've put it on and am fairly impressed so far. I think it's easier then a wax and looks every bit as good. This is a picture of the reflection on my black roof , it's pretty darn shiny!
Detailed car and 2 coats of CQuartz 3.0 ceramic coatings. Holding finger in position on top of the buy button from Solo performance for the Mach XV111 exhaust that goes on sale starting Monday.
