On3 and hellion are on completely different sides of the spectrum as far a quality goes. Mentioning the two kits together gives me the idea that they're comparable.
Nobody ever says I'm going to go with a Mercedes Benz or a Kia.
I could be wrong I guess.
Installed the street MBRP on my car with the Hellion twin turbos. Very tame but raspy at wot. No real drone to speak of. Overall you can't beat this exhaust for the money. Beef hooked me up, contact him for the best deal.
Twin turbos are on many new ford cars/trucks. Not to mention other cars as well. They have no longevity issues. This kit is very high quality, I don't see any issues with longevity.
Dude my car drives like the turbos aren't even there until you nail it. The tune is around 95%, and I'm saying that because it could be a little leaner at wot.
Not sure about the ground clearance you speak of. The down pipes run under the a arms along the k member. My car is lowered and there's...
Three days is about right for the first time. I might be able to cut that in half if I had to do it again. It's a lot of tedious work, wrapping the pipes, insulating wiring, and test fitting. It was a fun install though because everything fit the way it was supposed to. There's no bs with this kit.
I'm a GT350 buyer if it was offered with a 6R80 or better yet, a dual clutch transmission. I'm done with manuals. They're fun but in the end the auto is faster.
