What RPM range did you set your shift light for when tracking your car?

I have a local salvage dismantler that specializes in Mustangs and was wondering if anyone knew if previous Shelby/Boss rim would fit on the front of a GT350. If they have a lone rim and tire I thought it might be a cheap way to have a spare for long road trips to the track.
