And mine is still.... In Production. So super glad I gave up on it..... happy for everyone else that seems to be getting resolved.

I guess if I was stuck with waiting on my “not moving out of In Production ever” status (could it be they ran out of steering wheels another time??) I would not hesitate to call in a grievance. Desperate times....desperate measures lol

Mystang19 has some interesting info in the other thread -For those waiting on a steering wheel - they said that filing a grievance could help get your car moving through the process...I would link it but don’t know how sorry

I see and respect your viewpoint on the dealer cars, however, if the customer orders are so difficult to complete, why offer that option and tick off people who WILL buy these cars in hopes to sell a dealer stock car to someone who might purchase one? There needs to be some type of resolution...

Actually my husband found it lol he did the work there, but yes the dealer going to get it and working with us was a very lucky thing for sure. Not to rub it in but.....I absolutely love my replacement Mustang!!!!

My notice is back now - yesterday I thought I saw it say “Awaiting Shipment” - had a brief heart flutter but then when I refreshed the screen, it was gone and stating status “In Production” again. I check multiple times a day....just to see how long this order actually can sit is interesting to...

Don’t know about that, my car was ordered 10/20/18 with me voluntarily putting $4,000 down up front in October. Sat Unscheduled/clean until I convinced the dealer to check into their allocation in January 2019 ( they had none as I suspected) and then even though I had $4,000 down and a $3,000...

I am guessing that all 3 of ours must have “just missed” the last batch of steering wheels in stock and now they have run out until the end of next month - it’s a joke but sure not funny!!

The dealer still has not gotten my two orders even though I have a car, technically those two are still out there In Production neverland...

Refreshed a few times and then got the notice....late April....still in production. I know I did the absolute right thing by canceling since the extra wait would have really been bad for me and my marriage lol
