Unfortunately, all these answers lately coming from Ford are simply "canned answers" and not the result of true CS research. Very disappointing IMO :thumbdown:
Just got my EDD today 12-6-14.
Called dealer and his system now show a Scheduled Date of 11-17-14 so I am moving along now with my retail customer order (actually a re-order...gave up on my original dealer stock order).
