It sounds like you have a failing A/C evaporator. The next thing you will see happen is that one side will blow cold and the other hot.

I didn't get to see the failed part but I spoke to the service tech that replaced it, the man has over 20 years of working on A/C problems and loves to work on the mustangs he told me that it was a manufacturer defect and was a poor quality part when built.

I watched the process at the local ford dealer, I stayed will the car the entire day from 7am to 4pm so it was a 9 hour day.

Had to have the A/C evaporator replaced. If anyone has this problem and has questions just let me know.
