Are there any negativities with putting these on? It seems they make the stance wider and improve handling maybe? But would they compromise the suspension in any way?

So, after detailing my car to where I finally think I have her all dialed I go on vacation and somehow have water spot stains or something on the hood of my car. I just tried to wash these stains out at the local car wash bays and still have these water spots on the car.....
