  1. Interest in my Race Stars for locals?

Thank ya sir....hopefully someone will jump on them soon. I have something in the works, but it will make a few people unhappy if it pans out
  2. From Challenger ScatPack, to Golf R to 2016 Mustang GT

Oh god yes on the exhaust. The SP cars have one of the best sounding factory exhausts out there. The interior in the new Dodges are outstanding. I drove both an RT Charger w/Super Track Pack and a RT Plus Chally today....both 8 spd autos. The Chally was nice, but that dash is frigging huge..lol...
  3. From Challenger ScatPack, to Golf R to 2016 Mustang GT

And this is why I want one of the SP cars. Zero mods, run mid 12's @ 114-115 in comfort, on stock tires...no need for much else. A pair of DRs and hello 11's with not much drama.
  4. From Challenger ScatPack, to Golf R to 2016 Mustang GT

I've gotten the mod bug out of my system, so I won't be going to the track as much as I used to. That's why I started looking at the Scat Pack cars....big, comfortable cruisers that haul ass. If I get the urge to make a few passes, they will quite willingly do that, then cruise home in comfort...
  5. From Challenger ScatPack, to Golf R to 2016 Mustang GT

Oh, the thought of a GT auto with a supercharger has crossed my mind quite a bit as well. 600+ hp on pump gas is might enticing, but I'm kind of burnt out on mods to a daily driver. The Chally would fill the need for speed w/o having to touch it. Yeah, I know we've all said that before :lol...
  6. Interest in my Race Stars for locals?

Just thought I would let the in-state peeps know.....dropped to $1,200 for now. If they don't sell, no biggie. They can sit in the garage and collect dust for a while.
  7. From Challenger ScatPack, to Golf R to 2016 Mustang GT

I've been debating on going to a SP Chally from my mod'd Eco for a few months now. I would love to have a GT, but getting to the point I want a little more of a Blvd cruiser/muscle car than a sports car. That ZF 8 spd auto + 485 hp seems to be the perfect combo. The car would also need zero mods...
  8. OSW Friday Night 4/29

I saw the clips that OSW posted on their FB page....that was bad ass to have a pair of exotics square off like that. You have to love the Italian symphony..lol.
  9. v6 vs ecoboost

I tracked my Eco pretty frequently when the weather was cooler, but now that it's warming up, not hitting the track as much. But, with the bolt ons and 93 tune, it makes for a very fun daily driver that still knocks down 30+ on the highway. The exhaust took some tweaking to get it somewhat...
  10. OSW Friday Night 4/29

Unfortunately, I'm on shift this weekend, so no fun for me.
  11. v6 vs ecoboost

See my sig for my best time so far, and that was on worn DRs, at full weight with 18x9 street wheels up front. I had a '13 Cyclone that was full bolt on, tuned, with 3.73 gears, and my Eco would lay waste to it on the current 93 tune. The Cyclone made 300 rwhp, 292 tq.....my Eco made 321 hp, but...

    SOLD!!!!!!
  13. Interest in my Race Stars for locals?

    On the car...
  14. Interest in my Race Stars for locals?

    Fronts
  15. Interest in my Race Stars for locals?

It's getting warmer outside, so not going to be hitting the track again anytime soon. I gave it some thought, and decided I might as well see if anyone wants my Race Stars in-state so I don't have to worry about shipping. These are polished Type 94's....17x7 fronts with 215/65 radials, 17x9.5"...
  16. ** long read; think Ford has an oil issue which they don't want to admit

I've been using the Rotella T6 for months. If I remember correctly, it's very low in calcium as well. Might be one of the contributing factors to my early build (12/14) hanging tough, with no mechanical issues so far. There have been a few times I don't see how it didn't pop, but she held tough...
  17. VTT Product Release - EBM Stage 2 Turbocharger upgrade Intro pricing

Hell, I would buy a s1 from someone upgrading to S2, and wouldn't flinch about paying more than VTT is offering for trade value. Stage 1 + meth = more fun for the time being.
  18. VTT Product Release - EBM Stage 2 Turbocharger upgrade Intro pricing

Best pass so far is a 12.02 @ 114.2 with a crappy 1.73 60ft on my old drag radials. Worse conditions at NMRA Bradenton, and went 12.11 @ 113. That's why the S2 is on the want/almost need list...lol
  19. VTT Product Release - EBM Stage 2 Turbocharger upgrade Intro pricing

I couldn't buy an 11 sec pass last time I was at the track. I'm stuck in the 12.0-12.1 range on my RGA tune. Biggest issue for me is getting all the factors to align in one outing....track hooking, car running 100%, and loose nut behind the wheel doing his job..lol. The VTT stage 2 would make it...
  20. VTT Product Release - EBM Stage 2 Turbocharger upgrade Intro pricing

Oh how I know that all too well...lol. My last Buick was a year long build, and went well over $10k in just parts alone, and that was in '03/'04. After hurting the stock lower end, I was going to do nothing but a stock rebuild . A year later, finally turned the key on the car. Sad thing is...
