I'm about to be full bolt ons ( gt350 IM/TB/ Headers/Catback/Injectors) and might go comp cams for the hell of it. Been doing some research and it seems like camming our GT's dont do much as far as loping goes. Can someone explain why? Can it but tuned to lope with comp cams where the tune is...

I have the corsa xtremes as well. When I first heard them, the initial cold start was loud! I loved it! but a few hundred miles later they mellowed out a bit and were only loud when wot. Now I have a heavier foot cause I want to hear it all the time and I feel like its super quiet in the cabin...

I took off my corsa xtreme for this exact reason. I was scared they would blame it on the catback so I did it right before I dropped the car off. Parts won't be in till monday but my concern is that this noise isn't an exhaust leak. An exhaust leak would make a wooshing sound, wouldn't it?

It occurs when you rev the car between between 1-3k rpm and hold. It'll happen whether the car is hot or cold and you can replicate it whenever. It hasn't gone away. It doesn't happen when the car is just idling by itself.

So I called this morning and they said it was an exhaust leak. They ordered a new header and cat for the driver side. Spoke to one of my mechanic savvy friends and they said an exhaust leak would sound different from the video I posted on youtube. Really hoping this gets resolved with the new...
