I checked every thread including yours but still don't see any mention of what was used to actually cut it? I'm not concerned about locating the points and marking them, I don't see any issue there. I'm trying to decide what I'm going to use to cut the holes without jacking up the panel.
What's up guys,
I'm going to be finishing up my Watson roll bar install tonight and have been going back and forth on how I'm going to cut my GT350R rear seat delete.
I have a PVC setup to mark the hole location but am concerned about using a hole saw and having it dance around since the cut...
I'll continue calling even though they're saying they will call me. I tried signing up last year and nobody called me back, so I guess I'll just keep calling weekly. They really should give you more than a year if they aren't going to have enough spots available.
No worries man! Hopefully this thread helps somebody else out in the future. The install was cake besides slicing my fingers up putting in the pickup tube bolt.
I like to go off of facts, especially with something of such importance. MMR doesn't provide any information besides a link to SVTperformance that says they have to go in a certain direction.
I'm pretty sure it's the opposite. I used that thread as a reference since MMR doesn't provide anything. If you install it into the housing towards you the installer the MMR logo would be pointed inward toward you the engine.
Can somebody please verify the correct orientation for MMR oil pump gears when installing them back into the housing? I don't know why MMR doesn't provide this information.
If the oil pump housing is on a table in front of you and you are putting the gears in should the MMR logos be facing...
My Whipple is HERE! I feel like a little school girl lol. If you're interested in following the install and seeing my first impressions you should consider checking out my YouTube channel. I'll also be installing some billet OPGs/CSG.

I ended up deciding against it. I realized I would have to grind more off than I initially anticipated.
I'm searching for a lighter 6-piston setup that will save some weight and clear my track wheels. In the meantime, I'm going to stay with my current brakes since I won't be tracking the car...
More goodies along with some pictures!
I picked up a JMS PowerMAX fuel pump booster to increase fuel delivery in preparation for the Whipple. I also got a JMS PedalMAX to improve throttle response.
What's up guys!
I don't share my videos too often on here, but I put a put a solid edit together on this one and had a blast making it. This was my first time uploading in 4K video so always love getting feedback on my video quality.
Anyways in this video I get my track wheels mounted and...
Update along with some new pictures!
I just received my BMR SP089 front springs and will be installing them to offset the additional weight added from the Whipple. I haven't installed them yet, but here are some pictures with my current BMR SP080 setup.
In addition my Whipple setup is set to...
