I have a steering wheel from S550euros. The heating on it is absolutely great. I would say probably better than OEM. Can't comment on vibration though, what is the vibration for? May be able to do a test for you depending.

Borla sells a resonator specifically for their cat backs. I haven't looked into it but when I eventually go to long tubes that is the direction I'll go. What do you think is too loud about it? Cab noise or just the perception? I've gotten nothing but rave reviews and comments on my S-type.

You should have 4 wires total: 1 power, 1 ground, and 2 neutral wires which act as a temperature regulator. The temperature wires were bundled together so it was easy to tell the difference. Cut the OEM plugs off the old wheel and just splice to the wires on the new wheel. Soldering is...
