I think that just means you have the option to delete the spoiler from the PP if you want. Otherwise it comes with it.

My understanding is that you can buy actual Ford wheels in the aftermarket. That's my intention cuz I want 19s or 20s on a V6 without breakin the bank or getting a bunch of options I don't want.
