Yup, that's the one. Good point about them being the same wheels. I could've sworn they were, but now in that pic they look slightly different.
Also, based on these pics, I feel the car will look great in white. Especially a white hi po model which is supposed to have more aggressive styling.
I agree. Very G14 classified of them. There was a few pics on svtperformance of a camo car with S197 GT500 wheels testing in the snow and it looked awesome! These headlights suck though.
Yup. While I believe pricing won't be all too different from the outgoing models (maybe $1,000-1,500 more), I have a feeling the "adjusted market price" is going to suck. That's why I'm researching reputable dealers in my area NOW.
I think we'll get a better idea of what exactly each trim level entails in January. Pricing will probably be announced in 2-3 months. I'm thinking they will straighten everything out before the 50th anniversary.
This crossed my mind as well. Sounds like a Condor. I recall a commercial for the very first S197 GT500 where it was driving in Germany and I could swear its the same sound.
Well, I can understand both sides of the argument. However, it's important to keep in mind that the 5thgen Camaro is almost entirely designed to look like a modern interpretation of the the 1st gen. Thus, on this basis, I will disagree with the notion that the outgoing Camaro is more "modern"...
I'll be honest, I'm a tad concerned about this as well. I will say, however, that I love the look.
On related note, I'll check out the BRZ forums to see if this is really something to be concerned about. They seem to be doing fine with their reverse light placement though.
Yea, much worse. The original car looks great. Those talking about the Fusion have either never heard of the EVOS, or simply don't know their mustang history.
This isn't a case of people hearing what they want to hear. There is an unmistakable blower whine in that video. What's being debated is whether or not the blower is a factory option, or possibly just an editing mistake/ploy. The fact remains, however, that the sound in the video IS a blower. We...
Ford would insert the sound of a pd blower exactly for the reason you mentioned; to see how the public would react. Same with the boost gauge. It's meant to stir the pot, spur speculation, keep GM guessing. I am sooo hoping it's a factory installed option. That would be killer. Factory blower...
That was 100% a pd blower. Now, whether or not that sound was inserted is another story. As someone mentioned, however, Ford Racing aftermarket blower options are nothing new. If, on the other hand this is an option you can simply check off when ordering and have it delivered from the factory...
