I have a rattle too. Sounds like it’s coming from the passenger side seat or c pillar. Tried pushing on the passenger seat as suggested above, no dice.

Is there a chance of a stronger spring being sold? I like the 35 pound spring a lot better than stock, but it’s just a bit more effort than I’d like. Maybe something like 60-80 pounds?
