If you replace the oem resonator (H pipe in front of it) you’d likely need an x or an H. H is deeper tone. I would think the billet resonators after an H pipe would work better than a magnaflow x muffler. But you may not find much of an improvement over the current set up. The only...

The stock center resonator is a resonated H pipe. To get more deep sound, replace the resonator with an H pipe, but it will be a bit louder and may drone a bit more. Adding an H pipe to what you currently have will likely do nothing.

Sounds like S-Type on second look…I’m interested.

Has anyone tried the Steeda H pipe with Borla S Type mufflers (2.5” GT version)?

I take it these are the 2.5” mufflers?

Somewhat interested...any idea how loud they are with an H pipe? Any drone? I am thinking more along the lines of the touring Mufflers, but???
