Stick shift because 'murica. Seriously though, unless you have disability, there should be no reason for you not to get a stick (other than being lazy). I've driven both the stick and auto version of the 5thgen SS and S197 GT, and the manual is hands down better every time.

I agree. In the Jay Leno video, Dave Pericak (did I spell that right?) claimed it was a "significant" jump in hp. If I was a betting man, I'd say at least 445-450hp advertised.
