I can only imagine that Ford will still build in the order that things were in before the shut down. I mean, why the hell wouldn't they do it that way? It would be stupid to change your pattern of work because of this. The process should be the same as if the factory was shut down do to a strike.
Ok, the plant reopens on 5/25/2020. So, the plan will be to start where they left off, I am guessing. Will we, the happy soon to be owners of the fastest production Mustang EVER, be notified of the updated build schedule? Or do I just throw darts at the wall calendar and hope that my 2020 will...
Yup, looks like my 2020 GT 500 is going to take a little while longer. But, I'll wait. It's not worth people getting sick, so that I can have my 'go fast' car.
First off, I'm sorry to hear that your Mother-in-Law passed away. I got my 200 GT Convertible after both of my parents passed.
Something you could do, and I don't know how popular this is with people on this forum, is get a Martini Report. It does cost, I don't know how much, but it will tell...

I'm hoping that my GT500 (on order) will qualify for the 0/84 financing. Hell, if Shelby American if offering it for Super Snakes, why not on a regular GT 500?

Eco boost
Eco boost high performance
GT
Bullet
GT 350
GT 500
That's a lot of...
Chairman,
I did order the handling package. So I will get the o/s, great news! Hopefully the dealership will take care of me. If not, I'm sure that I probably could do this at home. With guidance and suggestions from the great guys on this forum.
Kilobravo,
thanks for the information. I did not order the track pack, so guess I'm not getting the o/s like I thought. I also wanted to mention that the pics you use are pretty cool.
The assembly line for the medical equipment doesn't require works standing 'shoulder to shoulder' to make assembly possible. The work stations can be placed further apart. This will ensure to maintain the Social Distancing policy.
As a retired police officer, I know a few tricks when dealing with the press. By saying Unknown type of white Mercedes, the owner/driver would relax. Than based on more detailed information obtained on scene...'knock knock come out and get handcuffed'.
