And of course as I finish reply to everyone, my dealer calls me and lets me know that Ford is covering the repair, so that's nice.

We tried everything, the system goes totally unresponsive when it happens. I pushed every button there is!

I contacted Ford as soon as I got off the phone with the dealer and they ended up directed me back to the dealer after explaining everything. I'll try again with Ford and see if I can make any headway.

Interesting. I get absolutely nothing out of it. The biggest issue for me is the loss of the backup camera...you start to get reliant on those!

Forgive me if there have been topics on this before, but I'm not quite sure what to search. Every so often, my sync system seems to shut off completely and not come back on. The screen goes black, no backup camera, no radio, etc. It might come back on randomly, but usually shutting the car...
