Not in the Plano/Frisco area, but I mashed in the clutch pedal while my wife grabbed the spring with a pair of channel locks, came right out. Granted, I was drunk and it was dark, but I would guess it is easier with 2 people.

Over the last 3600 miles, my computer shows 28.2 mpg. I'd say I drive 35% city and 65% highway, and 90% of all my driving in Dallas rush hour traffic. 87 octane with a 420 mile range after fill-up.
I've wondered for many years if the transmissions on RHD cars were reversed from that of LHD cars. Now I know they aren't.
