  1. Need a Floor Jack for your 350?

    Did someone force North American manufacturers to outsource to Asia? I would suggest the reasons are far more complex than simply "unfair trade" or "regulated socialism". Maybe start by looking closer to home.
  2. 2018 GT350 Dome / Map Light

    FWIW I found mine really hard to remove (on a 2017). Almost gave up too, but eventually one side popped free. It took what seemed like too much force - I ended up figuring that if I broke something I would just pay to fix it. It ended up all good though. Good luck.
  3. Replaced Voodoo Engine

    While it sucks for the people that have had to get their engines replaced, I am convinced that the failure percentages fall within expected norms. My rationale is that is costs Ford a ton of money to do an engine replacement (not sure if the $34k mentioned is accurate, it seems high). If the...
  4. Recommend a dealer - Vancouver Island

    I might just end up taking it to Glen Oak - they are nearby. I certainly remember Westwood Track - when I was a teen we used to ride our dirt bikes in that area.
  5. Recommend a dealer - Vancouver Island

    Hmmm... interesting thought. Hadn't considered that route...

  7. Recommend a dealer - Vancouver Island

    Hi, need to take my car in for service and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good service department for me. I'm in Victoria, but I can drive it where ever. Thanks.
  8. GT350: Yay or Nay? Advice wanted :}

    Be careful with the lease transfer - some leasing companies will hold you financially responsible if the new person doesn't pay.
  9. GT350: Yay or Nay? Advice wanted :}

    From what I gather, you are planning on financing the vehicle. Personally, I would pay off the student loans first before taking on more debt. I know this is the boring route to go, but you are playing the long game at your age...
  10. Difference between 2017 and 2018 GT350

    My understanding is that there are no differences except for color choice. Having said that, I believe some very, very early 2017's have the spin on oil filter instead of the revised canister type.
  11. 2017 GT350 Pricing

    I bought mine last October - I'm in Canada, so they "seem" to be more expensive due to our dollar - 2017 Lightning Blue, convenience package, black roof, no stripes and car cover. Full MSRP (including delivery) was $81,253 ($62,500 US). I paid $72,250 (plus sales tax), which is equivalent to...
  12. Replace the front bumper/clip

    How badly does is scrape going on and off the ferry? Now I'm worried!
  13. Official GT350 Track Attack Attendance Thread

    Did the same thing. Signed up today for April. Don't delay - it looks like it's selling out fast!
