I'm about to do that aswell they said its "fan wash" but on cold starts there is no fans lol Open box proflow- 10r80lugo

Steeda cold air intake idle issue.
Recently installed a steeda cai .....lund tuned and the idle bounces from 700rpm to 1000rpms every 15 seconds. I verified that there are no leaks after the maf (sprayed and smoke tested) . Is this normal for an cai to do this?- 10r80lugo
