Most people want to know the VIN when buying a used car, you can use it to check history reports etc. There should be no issue with giving it to them, especially if they are interested in buying the car.
Exactly what im saying.. not sure why theyre so reluctant to fix my car. My ford dealer here (I bought out of state) can get the part quicker than them..?
Got a response from them.. not a good one. Theyre saying that the 6th is the earliest they can *order* the part, whereas they first said that this would be the day when it arrives.. doesnt really seem like they know whats going on.
I purchased my car recently, and cant take delivery until the recall is fixed/completed, and Im being told the part wont be in until November 6th.. Was/is anyone in a similar situation? This seems like an awfully long time to wait for the part

Just checked and theres many new ones listed on the ford inventory site. Is this updated daily or every monday? (if anyone knows). Found a nice one but still 5k more expensive than the rapid red from last week. Same msrp as the red as well.
