On the 2024 it's a longer bracket with 2 screws and did l mounts left of center on drivers side to clear the radar on 401A cars. Might be pulling it off to add some 3m tape as well.

Hold traction control button for 15 to 20 seconds until 'advanced traction control off' apoears. Don't know about stability question. This will turn off traction control completely. Watch yourself with it off because that's when Mustangs do Mustang things.
