Finally swapped to my Borla Warranty mufflers, lol
i have a vid, if I stop being lazy I will upload it.
Car is scheduled to get new tint and a detail job on monday.
Should be looking pretty decent for Carlisle on fri/sat.
I think this is my 10th year on the showfield with something.
Bringing the Bullitt again.
Oomph, all that sun. I actually prefer less of a crowd there, lmao
I know BMR has some production lag on parts here and there.
As far as Beefcake, I've used them a few times with great results.
Heck, last part I ordered was a Roush spoiler late one night last summer/fall. Terry(the owner) called me the next morning and explained a parts delay from Roush...
Lol, I see. Thank you for linking the thread. Everyone is worried about the BMS. I am not.
I'll keep an eye on the running voltage and do a BMS reset if its wacky.
People get real weird with stuff. It wont hurt the car, it may affect battery life, but without long term testing and control...
Well, i just read through the manual. Nothing in it says to avoid alligator clips.
It mentions disconnecting the battery if the car is going to be stored over 30 days, to prevent the car from draining it. Then goes into the BMS, and forcing an idle relearn.
Lmao, it's a Noco Genius 2 charger that I've used on over a dozen batteries. Lead acid, AGM, Spiral cell. I do have bolt on eyelets for removable post style batteries, but this charger is super gentle and quite smart, lol
Now im super curious, I gotta look in my 2019 Bullitt manual.
Checked oil, was at the lower hole. So I added a quart with @pilotgore 's funnel.
Got the battery on the charger/tender. Car unlocked and everything, so battery wasnt dead.
Oil color on dipstick was like new, very clear and not filthy. I'll double check after i put a tank or two through it.
OK
So I contacted Jegs, my Black Friday 4.56 Richmond gears order, has an eta now of September/October of this year. Wow...
So thats on hold, lmfao
Things to do before Carlisle this year.
Install the flex fuel setup I have, with some additional parts from @junits15
Then finally making...
TDN was a flop for me, I just use my laptop and upload maps/datalog through my HP tuners dongle. I have a RTD+ though.
Hated the phone app, internet connectivity, bluetooth issues. Not the direction I prefer with tuning/logging.
I'm used to Accessports, and SCT devices. Using a laptop through...
Plenty of us run E85 N/A as well, lmao
Our demands on E85 are the same.
If you are tuned for E85, your tuner can tell you the min and max E content their tune will support.
Since you are using Wengerd, you could get a PCM Tech tune and add an Ethanol Content analyzer to your fuel setup. Then...
Yeah...
So we have Bullitts, Gen 3 coyotes. Port and direct injection. 16 injectors total.
Your almost 9k mile engine shouldn't have that amount of buildup in any fueling setup, let alone dual injection.
I have a large amount of ecoboost exp, and currently am balls deep in a Di only audi...
Well, the schtangarang is getting weathered in the driveway.
All due to my 2008 Audi A4 Quattro Avant project taking way long, lmao
Around black friday I did purchase a set of 4.56 gears, Richmond brand, from Jegs. Which I still dont have, lol
So thats for sure happening. I'll buy some tools...
Washed her, and did a nice 1st gear rolling burnout out front of the carwash, lol
I have a list of things that should be done. Probably over the winter. I'll form it and post it on here for reference.
