    Just work with the red/black wires. I just taped off the blue wires as I believe those were used to control the temperature output of the stock heating element. Low, Medium, High. On the new wheel, you just want power/ground and it will just be full blast or equivalent to High.

    As I stated previously, I ended up connecting red-to-red and black-to-black on my setup and it has worked great ever since and heats up nicely.

    A 5w-50 is still 5w at cold-start. I run Mobil 1 5w-50 without issue over the last year since I went ESS. Also, the GT500 Predator engine is NOT flat-plane and they use 5w-50 with less power than I am making.

    When there is a will, there is always a way. Whether or not it is worth doing it is another topic altogether but I am sure you could get it to work. Pull the intercooler, cut the existing BOV extension off, and then weld in whatever adapter comes with your chosen BOV.

    The transmission will have to learn again because it will be wiped when loading the new tune but it drove great immediately for me compared to my previous tune. I could tell the tune was much better right at the very first start.

    Here is what I dreamed into reality back in early 2023 with off-the-shelf parts and a single cut on the ESS MAF-to-TB pipe. This is assuming it is Cobra Jet with an OVAL throttle body.
