In the Texas heat the car will dry in places before I get all the way. The quick detailer can help get rid of the water spots as you dry the car. Also for the heavy pollen days the quick detailer and micro-fiber can quickly clean that off.
I've been using V07.
I went with stage 1 since they were cheaper. They are plenty bright for my needs. It's really just the cool white light that makes them amazing. I'll try to take some pictures.
Finally got around to doing some work on the car again. Installed my map lights and trunk lights from Diode Dynamics. Lights look amazing. I also got around to installing my Red Line hood struts. The install was pretty quick and a great upgrade over stock.
Going to try and get some pictures...
Looks amazing. When I first ordered the car I was going to do matte black stripes (no pinstripe). But when it arrived I decided the clean black look was perfect. Now seeing this it looks clean and aggressive all at once. These stripes like this just went to the top of the list. That and...
It's not even over 80 hardly, but sections of the car dry before I'm getting all the way around. I dry and use a little V7 quick detailer while I'm drying. Waterspots disappear. I got mine from Chemical Guys, but I'm guessing any quick detailer would do the same.
Made it out. Not sure if anyone else did.
Mine behind my neighbors Boss 302.

Sly, Thank you, thank you for the advice.
Obviously doing it a few times on my "old" cars didn't teach me enough to touch a brand new one. But I did a few times with the black light and things were looking much better. After the Black wax it's hardly noticeable. To a level that I think no...
I was hoping something like #2 might work. Or at least you would say it can't make it worse. I'll try the black light with the small round applicator pads that are soft.
This is it. The large swirl about 6" across on the middle left. The mark towards the right is just dust. It's very...
It was the orange hand held pad that Chemical Guys sells. Should I remove the jet seal in some way and start over? Then start with Black Light and then Seal?
Any specific reason to do Blacklight befor Jetseal? I started my process and just found your post. I was doing Jetseal before Black Light.
Also I was removing a spot from what the dealer did and applied too much pressure with cutting pad. Now I have a small 6" circle on the hood where I...
I got my black last week. I washed Sunday evening and tucked her into the garage for a full detail this week in the evenings. I clayed last night and used the clay mit from Chemical Guys. No issues except I had to dry the lube off quickly to avoid streaks. I didn't have this issue on my...
Springs are on my list. Going to spread out my mods though. Helps the car feel new every few months when you do something new. :D
