I would try to list it on an auction site like cars (https://carsandbids.com/) and bids and have people bid for it. You can set your $24k price and see what happens.
you should be fine in whatever mode your comfortable in. With my Mach I just keep it in the base mode and push it with all the nannys on and I still get over 1 g's in the curves.
If you drive like you have sense and let the trans do it's job (as it is designed to do) you shouldn't have any problems. I've been to TOD many times and have never had a problem in any of my mustangs.
I did mostly steeda in the rear including the springs and have NOT regretted it. I did the springs first and it made the magnaride feel a little sharper. The other parts I put on a year later (recently).
it's not that it's over priced from factory it's when the dealer marks it up is what turns me off. My Mach 1 in 2021 was marked up to $70k new which kept me out of it until 2023.
