Would it make a difference? Did you lookup information on the 2000 Cobra R? I’ll wager you didn’t. There are numerous books and websites that you can view to educate yourself on Mustang and Ford racing history. You will learn considerably more by educating yourself.

Maybe you should do some research on Mustang history before you go spouting something you know nothing about.

Just an FYI. The 2000 cobra R requires 15W-50 Mobile 1 oil. that’s the only other production car that I can think of.

Ford has a new oil filter FL2087A. This filter has a plastic insert as opposed to a steel insert that is in the original OEM FL2087 filter. So be careful when you order filters that you get one with the metal liner inside. There have been reports of some dealers installing the wrong filter...
