Same exact thing here, but Sonic rather than Frontier. Plus Amazon Prime. Comcast, by far and away, leaps and bounds, the shittyist company we have ever dealt with. Comcast was easier for my wife to navigate. She still has trouble getting around YT tv with the Fire Stick/Cube.

I’m just throwing this out there. How’s the battery condition? I ask because if I let my car sit unused for three weeks or more I get weird responses when selecting memory seat options, usually with a mirror but not always. Once the battery is fully charged, things are fine again.

Something to look at. There are adjustable rubber bumper stops that determine the height the hood rests. If they’re up to high it could bind the latch, as the hood is under more tension. Try rotating them down a revolution or two and see if that helps.
