Yeah, as somebody who has more miles on sport bikes than driving cars... I don't understand people like you.
I bought my convertible 3rd gen Camaro when I was living in Dallas. It didn't even have air conditioning and was never a problem.
Now I'm in the Southeast on the coast and it doesn't...
yeah.. didnt read the whole thread but.. my 2018 GT convertible manual with PP, delux or whatever premium interior name, active exhaust, digital dash..etc... was 60,988 new.
I have the window sticker, but it wont let me upload it for some reason.
Been 4 years now... Has it worked successfully for you this whole time?
(And yes I'm replying to an old thread purposely. Looking for long-term results not new purchases. )
Is there a place on the controller to connect wires for a button pair or do you have to open it and solder?
I'm really close to pulling the trigger on this kit for myself but one of my question marks is the boost controller. I don't want it taking up my vent. I do want boost levels though.
Update to this. Had a shop work on my car and they broke the 3d printed plastic part.
So I decided to upgrade, had a pro shop 3d print it in aluminum. Took them a bit. but only cost $30
Yeah, I have been looking into this myself.. You (or a tuner) can make it much better with a custom tune, but its multiple maps throughout the PCM.
I wish it was intentional as a "feature" you could turn off, but its an artifact from how they take the pedal input as a "torque request" and map it...
Jam nut. Nice.
Yeah, that will work. thank you.
Still mildly annoyed this is a thing, but I suppose cutting a groove so we can punch-lock the bolt down technically makes the axle weaker.
So I had a rear ABS wheel speed sensor malfunction. Swapped it with a new one. Problem solved. Didn't think much of it.
I did feel the lightest, slightest clunk every morning when I pulled out, but I didnt think it was anything more than drivetrain lash.. I did go under the car and check all the...
Those gas struts are commodity items that I can actually look up myself.
Does anyone know the weight rating for them?
I can measure the compressed length and stroke myself off my OEM ones
So I actually went through this a few years ago.
In my state, South Carolina it specifically says that it's legal to have stickers on the license plate as long as it does not obscure any letters or numbers.
So if you make a vinyl decal that say, covers everything except the letters and numbers...
He's a smart guy, And he can apply his knowledge to other real world situations.
But.
I first noticed this when he was a bit upset that a rain delay in a NASCAR race was going to interrupt some other thing that he was more into. He calculated their on TV the maximum speed he thought he car...
I can drive top down year-round, and for the most part I do. So I don't regret having a convertible at all.
In the winter people will assume I'm cold because it's 60° or whatever, but it has both a heater and heated seats. (It doesn't get actually cold during the day or snow here)
In the...
I think it's really cool that you got them to fit... And from a usage standpoint I do like proper LED headlights.
However I'm a big fan of the late S550 headlights, and not a big fan of the "sectional" style of the newer ones.
I do feel like once they do the first refresh on the S650, they...
Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, ah, I use the side door - that way Lumbergh can't see me, heh heh - and, uh, after that I just sorta space out for about an hour.
I just stare at my desk; but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch, too...
The general public is who buys the new mustangs. Repeat buyers are the minority of new mustang buyers.
The majority are not even "car guys" they're just people that want a "cool car" and they happened to walk into a ford dealership. The target audience isnt really on here (unless they're looking...
