Sport Cat-back has mini 3” perforated core fiber packed bullet resonators built into the rear outlet of the CORSA muffler.
Xtreme Cat-back has no perforated core fiber packed resonators in the CORSA muffler.
Both CORSA mufflers incorporate reflective sound wave drone canceling feature.
That’s great.
A full length H-pipe in 304 stainless for an S550 at 115.00 shipped !
I couldn’t buy the raw materials for that price.
Glad to hear you made out on that deal.
I don’t think you’ll find an AWE Mid H-pipe priced at $115.00
The race bullet resonators will not tame your catless setup. The thin packing will blow out in short order.
At this point do the Jones mid option that the SC guys use.
After buying a 3” X or H pipe, (2) quality resonators and paying for fabrication and welding you’ll be money ahead by purchasing this from Lethal Perf.
SRO level stuff but look where the Ford Mustang GT3 EVO placed.

Could be your synchros are not totally ragged out yet.
I’m of the opinion that if this is a case of missing gear teeth your crankshaft position sensor would pick up the inertia disruption under load. Steady state cruising is a different situation for obvious reasons.
I have to jump in and share a story. Admittedly I haven’t read all the posts 100% so take this with a grain of salt.
A few decades ago a good buddy had a GSXR 1100 with a strange but very isolated miss, could feel and hear it only under certain running condition. Typically under heavy power and...

The reality is unless using a high quality articulating tip borescope and high resolution screen these visual anomalies will persist.
Your $130.00 Teslong scope is better than nothing but sure isn’t a $3,000+ ViewTech.
Compression is fantastic, send it and sleep well...
Motul Multi-DCTF or the recently released Motul Gear Power FE.
Easy to source through Summit Racing or if your shop purchases from WorldPac auto parts.
Other choices, Pentosin, Ravenol, Redline, Amsoil, but Motul is at the top of the list IMO.
Powdered Metal crap.
There’s a thread some time ago where the cam chain crank sprocket was fractured the entire length of the sprocket following the keyway !
It would be fine regardless due in part that the API is no longer allowed to label diesel oil as dual rated. This is why there’s new oil labeling using the word Multi. The reality is most modern on-road diesel rated oils have been stripped down like gas oils for emissions and DPF.
Are you going catless or is emission testing required ?
LTH are not going to gain much especially if your FI funds are already an issue.
E85, 91/93 tune with drop in high flow filter. Roll the long tube headers into the FI slush fund program.
Keep in mind Motul Multi DCTF was designed around high output track use Nissan GTR’s. I’ve used BG in other manual transmission but for the MT82 I couldn’t bring myself to use BG vs Motul. If you asked me to pick a brand, Motul vs BG there’s no thinking required. Motul hands down from...
Castrol “Fluid Titanium Strength” aka FTS
Don’t think Ti as in graded metals but rather Titanium Dioxide (TiO2 nanoparticles). Yup, we’re talking cosmetic powder added to motor oil during blending.
