  1. Loud noise from engine coyote gen3

Does it do it all the time? When it's cold or hot?
  2. Replace rear tires only 2019 GT performance pack - dry roads only try roads only

I 100% agree with your comment on both tires. I have the Nitto G2s on my Cobra and it lights them up way too easily. The Continental Extremes on my s550 do much better.
  3. Tire size and suspension options for Roush supercharged GT.

I run the same thing, but with Continental extremes. They have great traction.
  4. Front bumper tabs for 2015-17. Is there demand?

I ordered a set. I'll give them a shot as I broke the passenger side when upgrading the heat exchanger. I just have the zip tie hack in place for now.
  5. superchargers

I have a Roush Phase 2 on my 16. Mine just has minor mods with around 670ish WHP on 93. You will get pretty much the same results with any blower on a GEN2 unless you want to push it to the upper limits.
  6. FI Reliability Support— Beyond OPG/CS

This all makes perfect sense. The thing that seems odd to me is why don't other cars have this issue? I don't recall this being an issue with the 03 Cobras even when running higher HP levels. My car is already loud enough with the Borla Atak exhaust. I definitely don't want catless like...
  7. BMW people; what's their obsession with Mustang GT's?

You do have to shift them quickly to keep in boost or setup the "no lift shift" in the tune.
  8. BMW people; what's their obsession with Mustang GT's?

The lower models such as the M340 with the B58 are monsters as well once lightly modified. Even the old 335s like I have with the N54 with simple mods will easily run with or outrun a new stock A10 Mustang. They're reliable up to 600-650 WHP on the sealed engine.
  9. FI Reliability Support— Beyond OPG/CS

So it's highly likely that Cats are on borrowed time with FI? Why do these cars in particular have this issue and what is recommended? offroad headers or aftermarket high flow cats?
  10. WHP needed to run high 10’s

I think a lot more people do it than you think. The issue is having the right setup. Guys running without the right tires and rear gears that are too high for a FI car aren’t going to do it easily if at all.
  11. WHP needed to run high 10’s

Those short gears definitely would have made it more of a challenge. You had to be well into 5th crossing the line.
  12. Mode/Output

HP output is the same. It just changes steering, throttle response, traction control and I think suspension in some models.
  13. WHP needed to run high 10’s

He has a GEN 2 which is the 2300 blower. They don't have the heat soak issues like in a Gen 3. However, ice never hurts.
  14. WHP needed to run high 10’s

That will probably get you around 600 WHP on 91. That's definitely enough if you can get it to hook. IMO 3:73s with the MT82 are not ideal for a supercharged setup. I have 3:55s and feel like the gears are way to short. I think I'm going to switch mine to 3:15.
  15. How Many Miles Boys and Girls

Not a GT500. I didn’t notice this was in the GT500 section. There were a lot of non-gt500 responses.
  16. How Many Miles Boys and Girls

    Turned 8,000 on my 2016.
  17. 65mm pulley roush 2.3 (15-17)

What are you making with the 69mm? Are you using E85?
  18. Paying extra resale value for boosted car

I wasn't implying that anybody should be sneaky about the car's history. It also isn't realistic in my mind to remove the parts and sell separately. I was just making a point that if someone did, they would get more $$ than KBB. So why shouldn't they ask a premium with the parts still on the...
  19. Paying extra resale value for boosted car

What’s the issue with what I said? Point was that whether you sell the items as a package or separately, there is more value.
  20. Paying extra resale value for boosted car

Given the price of blower kits and supporting mods it makes sense that people ask a premium with these items added to a car. If you can't get more than KBB value after adding all the extras, then it would make sense to put the car back to stock, ask your KBB value and sell the blower kit and...
