Errrr IMHO he's a bit young to be putting in the dishwasher. Thankfully it appears to not affect him and does quite a good job. Please advise brand and model of dishwasher with Dogwash setting.
When I got a car done years ago it was through a certifier in Canberra who's not doing it anymore but I think the only way to go is be guided by what the certifier needs. The figures above seem about right though.

Hey Tim IMHO go the ceramic as it presents opportunities for now:
1. have fun and scratch the itch on the track
2. load test the drivetrain
3. not potentially wonder about the data points it will yield
That's frustrating. Sounds like the dealer is on your side but maybe misinformed or doesn't want to do the job. IMHO get them to use their money to give you what you paid for instead of using yours to fix what they didn't. But if you're committed to built trans do you want the hassle of dealing...

OP looking at the images in the first post it does look like they're installed with the end pointing both up, and down. The issue might be the extent to which the bar is rotated along its axis when the pic was taken. Using the bottom of the strut for reference it seems in the first image the bar...
Looks perfect mate. Personally I'd consider the RLCA bushing and upper shock mounts but it's in the eye of the beholder. IMHO the ideal ride height is a narrow window but this nails it, well done.
