Well, back on topic.....
Shell premium was $4.99 a gallon on Monday.
When it hits over $5 I'll switch to mid grade.
And then to regular when that goes over $5.
And when regular goes over $5 I'll just park it.
Because FUCK this shit.
That turned out great!
I'm interested in doing something similar with the white parts on my original decal.
Mine's white where yours is red.
How did you get the green on the hood to go from thick in the front to thinner on the sides?
Thanks in advance!
The green really looks good. 👍
Life's too short for ME to spend what little time I have left waiting on others.
I'd rather climb under that sumbioch and lay on my back in the dirt and do it my damn self.
$4.57 for Shell 93 premium here in the central Texas hill country.
Up about a dollar from the week before fill up.
But I read where Iran is running low on missiles.
So finger's crossed.
I consider mine a work of art.
I'd ALMOST rather look at it than drive it!
I just wish I could see it driving down the road without having to trust someone else to drive it for me........
I decided to finally remove the carbon filter on the intake to my 23 Mach 1.
Took everything apart, and decided to look in the intake tube before removing it from the throttle body, and lo and behold, it was already gone!!!!
(I bought it used with 4500 miles)
I'm okay with that too.
Saved me...
After getting the wrong ones in person, no less, from O'Reilly's for $5.99, I just ordered about the same kit as this Harbor freight one from Amazon for like $9.99.
And it had the EXACT one I needed.
Hopefully it'll have the right ones for my battery cover too, since a couple of those are...
Thanks guys.
I don't know why I didn't think of O'Riley's or whatever it's called.
The ones on Amazon look a little sketchy and get mixed reviews.
Plus the assortments may or may not have the ones I need.
Just trying to avoid the dealership if I can. 👍
Just added a new license plate frame.
My old one had writing on the top and bottom.
Didn't realize that unless you're laying down behind the car you can't read the top line! 🤷
So I replaced it with just a single message on the bottom of the frame.
285 35 20 is a full inch taller than 285 35 19.
That half inch will close the fender gap nicely. And maintain a decent ride.
Plus the offsets will make the wheel and tires more flush.
It'll totally transform the stance without messing with springs and all that.
50+...... I WISH.......... 😵💫 70+......
But I did get slack, infact he was the first Texas DPS officer I've ever encountered that was friendly and not a dick, so that was refreshing.
Warnings for no front license plate and 67 in a 60, which didn't happen.
But asked me if it "ran".
Told...
