I recently learnt the sad news that Dave Jones the driving force behind GT101 passed away on the 14 February.
He founded and developed the company with great success. It was originally started to cater for the Ford GT of which 101 were made hence the company name.It later branched out to cover...
My vote goes to GT101 in Colchester.
Even though I am in North Wales (286 miles away) I have used them for all work for the last three years and have been more than pleased.
Never do unnecessary work and great for advice too.
I think perhaps you meant a condenser for ÂŁ175 rather than a compressor???.The reason for my comment is that my compressor went u/s in November and I have been advised it will be a four figure amount. First failure in five years of ownership with a seven year old car.
Mustang without the V8 is like strawberries without cream,Morecambe without Wise,Laurel without Hardy…
Pre facelift with real gauges and very little safety stuff is preferable to me.Only thing I miss is the facelift switchable exhaust.
I have got the wrench light to illuminate once on a cold start (car lives outdoors).Switched car off and it didn’t come back on again.Very helpfully (ha ha) it says check the owners manual which is a complete dead end. I had recently just replaced the original 7 year old battery.
Discussing it...

You are correct in saying it is not a permanent fix only carbon or non aluminium items would do that.
However all the paint fell off the wheels also so I had them...
Went to GT101 again today for my seven year service and MOT.
Did have to splash out on a new battery but with the original nearly seven years old I can’t complain.
Still no brake replacement yet(51814 miles).
Great service as always from David,Lee and the team. They always give good advice and...
I have the same on my 2017 on both wings.
Got the bonnet replaced under warranty (reported when it was a year old). The wings had no signs of a corrosion problem then but they certainly do now. I am intending to get the affected areas repaired and repainted in the Spring but I won’t be expecting...
I got down to 15 miles to empty on the M56 yesterday and discovered a completely new lane on the motorway……the inside one!
Refueling brought matters back to normal.
Insurance quote this year up by 114 per cent from ÂŁ439.81 to ÂŁ943.09.No changes ,standard car other than another year of NCD.
Shopped around and got it for ÂŁ652.52.
Never mind just another instance of ze master plan!
Looking good but have you taken wind into account in your construction?
I know Newbury will be a lot calmer than the North Wales coast but perhaps some reinforcement above the sheeting?
Yes OEM Pirelli P Zeros …SAFE and EFFECTIVE
