    Did you do any data logging on any of the times you did start it for your tuner to review ? If you keep running it with fuel dumping like that you are going to wash out the cylinder walls.

    Measure the blower pulley diameter to confirm it is the correct size . I know they come labeled ,but easy enough to check and confirm

    I bought them and upon arrival i had issues with some of the welds after inspecting them. I sent pictures to Speed engineering showing that one of welds @ the collector had a pin hole as well as a weld on the X pipe and you could see light through them.     Just from listening to the video , it almost sounds like 'maybe' your primary chain is slapping the guide ? Hard to say though from just listening to the sound clip .

    I had the same finish issues with my VF5'S but Velgen made it right and shipped me 4 new ones . There QC person @ the factory needs a pay raise lol .
