what is wrong with that solution? I just ordered the parts for that filter and hoses and it came out to around $125. Didn't see too much of a difference between the two but if there are issues with that solution I may want to steer away. Thanks.
oh yea my bad, I read roush mufflers. It is really tame to be honest. I have the same setup and only under WOT is it loud but it has a really good note in my opinion. Also you may have some issues running the roush x pipe and the x pipe from speed engineering as the speed engineering ones are...
They're good, just get OEM header gaskets and check the welds before installation. Also it is gonna be crazy loud with the roush mufflers, I have heard the exact setup you have. Definitely the loudest N/A mustang I have heard.
To change the blower oil, do you change through the vent plug on top so you wont have to take off the throttle body? I've heard people do that I just want to be extra sure before I drain my oil.
I've seen Serna5.0 run 3.1 on his pacton 2200SL which I've heard is a very similar setup to the V3-Jt. I have the V3 as well but just for the health of the blower, I would just stick to the 3.3, I haven't seen anyone on a v3 on a 3.1 to be honest.
The 3.55 gearing in my car tops out 6th gear at like 128 mph. I try to avoid 7th gear due to the weakness of it at higher power levels and a 3.15 would help take my 6th gear to a higher speed than the 3.55's.
Im not sure where the 3.15's would top out 6th but I think its around 145mph which...
Awesome, so if i buy a forscan tool online, I change the gear ratio, and that calibrates everything?
Would that mess with the tune on the car (Ex. reflash the car to stock tune?)
I've been boosted for some time and I have 3.55 gearing (2020 A10). I'm looking to swap to a 3.15 in the near future and I was wondering what the procedure is after the install.
My tuner said no tune revision would be needed but what else needs to be done? Does someone need to go in and...
Any insight on the easiest way to change the oil on the V3-Jt supercharger? I know it is pretty straightforward however I'm just a little confused if I have to remove the intake and throttle body or if i can fill up the head unit through the vent hole which has a lot more access.
Also does...
HL3Z6M280A - exhaust vtc solenoid
BR3Z6M280E - intake vct
Is it these? sorry for the noobie questions I'm lost that wheni search up "2020 Mustang GT VCT Solenoids" A lot of the searches are for gen 2 cars
Yea, I'm not at the point where I want to tinker with my car, I prefer Wengered's solution as it should be easy to drop in, have him tune it, and leave it like that on my daily. I appreciate your input as I was about to drop $2500 plus on fore, when i can save myself some money on something that...
