This is a video of my driveline @ 35mph. If you zoom in on the carrier, you can see it moving around quite a bit.

My driveline had this harmonic around 35mph that makes it visibly shake around. I also have a vibration at 35mph, which now makes sense.

Looks like there is a small amount of grease starting to seep from my U Joint near the Carrier. The U Joint felt tight, but I’m guessing that if a non-serviceable U Joint starts to seep grease, that it’s ready to be replaced.

If I can save the money, I’ll likely go this route. This is one of those projects that I only want to do once and (hopefully) never think about again. Thank you for your input!

I just noticed some grease splatter from the video I posted. It makes me wonder if my U Joint is going bad. I’ll have to inspect it a little more thoroughly next time my car is up in the air.
