Question for the ones that have installed the GT500 oil pan on there GT350, is the oil pressure sensor on the pan used or left alone? I’m not worried about figment because I’m getting rid of the flat plane crank for the cross plane crank.
Current rev limiter is at stock redline but all of the harmonics and vibrations eat these motors alive. I’ll make way more power with the CPC and she’ll live longer.
So I pulled the motor on my GT350 to start the Cross Plane Plank conversion and the problem I’m having is that I cannot separate the transmission from the engine block. The dowels in the engine block are separated, but I can’t get separating from the input shaft. Any ideas would help right about now
We’re going a leak down test to see what the issue is, and I’m not to thrilled being that is has build heads. 🤢 I guess you have to pay to play.
I was on E85, and running about 15psi. The motor is sleeved so I should be about to clean up the sleeves stuff some new pistons, Gen 2 Cams, lash adjusters, Cross Plane Crank and run the 15-17 GT Harness to change the firing order. I should be able to contact Lund to change firing order to Cross...
