For the concern I am trying to get him to look at it absolutely will show. The pumps loses signal and shut off. This is was exactly what was happening to mine.
Were those scans taken while driving the car and the condition occurring?
I'm a little confused because there's a block of data that indicates you had a misfire but then a few lines down (line 178) days misfire currently detected "No".
Can your scanner show realtime data? Those printouts only...
I have told you mutiple times that you need to be logging fuel pressure at this point I am almost certain you are losing fuel rail pressure. Listen to what loucas-2021 is saying here and listen to what I have been telling you.
The GT350 does have some issues with the transmission output shaft...
Not the same. HPFPs supply high enough fuel pressure to overcome cylinder pressure for direct injection.
I know nothing about how any of that works with forced induction.
Ordinarily I would do the same thing, but yesterday was just a cascade of errors (all of which I knew better) that led to a complete loss of any sort of baseline to go by.
I set them both to 1" thread engagement, which was still way too much but it did give a consistent starting point. I ended...
Would anybody be willing to supply a rough measurement from the start of the threads to the back of the jam nuts on the tie rods, along with your current toe setting if you know it?
I'm chasing a measurement issue and ended up taking the tie rod ends off just to make sure the inner threaded...
When are you expecting to have your replacement coil?
If the coil does not fix the issue then I'm going to go back to my comments in your other thread.
I've had the P0300 multiple misfire code and various individual cylinder misfire codes with it. It only showed up at higher RPM until the...
This is where I'm at without knowing more. And at this point is why I'm speculating that it could be fuel pressure related.
What information did the tech have to determine a possible spark related misfire and swap the coils? Or was it a stab in the dark?
If the coil swap solves the problem.
If it doesn't then he may have to try to reproduce it. I don't like it either, but without knowing whether it's spark or fuel related and it not showing up until high RPM, there aren't always a lot of ways to find the source of the problem.
Hopefully the...
You need to log spark and fuel pressure while it's happening. I've had an issue like this and it ended up being an issue with the wiring harness to the fuel rail pressure sensor.
Download Forscan and get a bluetooth OBD II device then to recreate the issue and report your results.
Do you know whether or not a crank relearn was performed after the clutch and flywheel replacement? It was a requirement to be performed on the old Gen 1 cars and I'm going to assume it still needs to be performed on the Gen 3 cars.
If it hasn't been performed or you aren't sure I would have...
It's most likely the thermostat. I've had several of them stick open enough that the car won't get up to minimum temperature and set that code. It's an easy job to replace it.
Download ForScan and get yourself an OBD port interface. You'll be able to operate the pump and do as mentioned above. The dealership should be able to operate the pump using the IDS system.
I suspect you are looking at Gross Vehicle Weight- which is the maximum weight of the car plus its maximum payload (fuel, other fluids, passengers, cargo).
I had an experience similar to@BoomBoy. The DSC controller didn't feel particularly great with the OEM 350 springs and porpoised excessively over undulations in the road. R springs, shocks & struts and the R calibration were considerably better.
I used the controller for about six months before...
