Actually base ecoboost and gt has power drivers and passenger seats. No longer a premium option. V6 has it on drivers side with 051A

That's not true. Every automatic car has an easy access port for the interlock. It just looks like a plastic rectangle. It's made so if you're car needs to be towed and you don't have the keys. Or if it gets repo'd etc. real easy to throw it in neutral on an automatic with or without the keys.

I believe it is the stock bypass valve, the aftermarket cai gives it louder induction sounds.

true aftermarket is good more for sounds than performance.
