What is the width of your wheel? If you use a tire calculator, need to use one that considers rim width changes and take into consideration tire stretch. I am leaning towards the 305/30/20 and 285/30/20 at the moment, which should be around +1.1% difference which is acceptable for me...

Well, I cross the Mexico/CA border every morning for work which is about an hour of stop and go traffic. Manual is not fun in those circumstances but I have gotten used to it. I recently removed the clutch spring, and for me it's much easier to move my car in 1st now.

I should have said traditional powder coating. I use several suppliers, and have not ran across this new technology yet. Looks promising.

Powder coat can only be done on metallic items as they have to be grounded in order for the powder coat to adhere. Then it is baked to complete the process.

That is good to know, however I need to access behind there to do some wiring. Not sure how much is involved to get behind that entire panel.
