Lol I agree.. I always laughed at people saying the 2015 is heavy and they're keeping their 11-14.. The 15 gained not even 100lbs and people cried, but when I mentioned doing a Coyote swapped 5.0 in my 3,200 SN-95 it was suddenly the 400lb weight difference isn't that much and the highest HP wins.
None of these Comments are delusional and ridiculous..... We know none of these things will ever happen. It's our own way of saying no deal could get us to switch back UNLESS.. we got one as ridiculous as what we are saying.
Front shot is pretty ugly... From that angle it almost looks as if they're trying to S197 the S550... I'll hold my opinion until I can see the whole car..
If it turns out ok.. I'll be sending my gt for the swap.
Honestly, the only way you could get me into a 2013-14 Mustang at this point would be a GT500 Full loaded between 30-35k.. and at that point it's mainly because it has 662 hp...
I can't say it's that good if I haven't driven a V8 model version of it. I'd wait to see how things turn out with that.. Only thing I've see is a 2015 test Mule Camaro with the Supposed LT1 powertrain. The future of the ATS chassis depends on how it will handle the V8 Powertrain of the Base SS...
Personally for me I'd rather have a Turbo.. but I Bet money the Gt500 will have a supercharger.... Make near the same power or 685hp Tops... with wider tires..
if not that S/C with wider tires less power than the outgoing model, but a little more rev happy and better Fuel Economy.
If they came out with a 10 Spd I don't think there would be much stopping anyone from swapping it in nor do I think it would be too much work to do ... I say buy now... use aftermarket for the rest... UNLESS you're banking on the body refresh come 2018, but I'm not waiting that long for a car..
Well, if this ecoboost will be like all the other single-turbo ecoboost motors I'm not really concerned about them. Besides the TT V6 in the f150/Taurus ..the dynos of the others just take a downhill climb after peak power. The eco are great in their own right but I'm positive these cars won't...
I would Like to add that when the Camaro Released they assumed V8s for the enthusiasts and the V6 for the rest/women.. They never expected a large influx of Women/Men V8 orders. I wonder if the same is happening to Ford.
Hope I don't push any buttons here being new and all, but I'm just going to base this off a handful of Phone chargers/USB cables and different vehicles I've been in. Yet, I think it largely depends on the output at which the car can charge the phone.. I've been in numerous situations in which...
