What would really be interesting is if it could be traced to a dealer after the sale to see how the dealer represents the car and what they're asking for it. No idea if that's possible or not.

I'm with you. I emailed my dealer today and asked if I could pass on the 2016 I ordered and put my deposit toward a 2017. I ordered mine 9/18/15 and it has not moved in Ford's system. Still no VIN, nothing. Meanwhile the number of cars sitting on dealer lots continues to grow. On cargurus.com...

If I had my car already I definitely would not trade it. However I am considering asking my dealer if I can change my deposit from the one I have ordered to a 2017. I have a tech pack ordered. I don't track but I wouldn't mind the extra cooling.

I'm just thinking out loud here but...are we sure "Its not an issue for daily use or spirited weekend drives"? We all know that heat is the enemy of drivetrain parts. So maybe not enough heat is generated for the car to hit limp mode, or whatever it's called, during street use, but is it running...

Does anyone think this will hurt the long term value/resale of the 2016 cars without coolers (base and tech)? I do. I know if it were 5 years from now and I'm in the market for a used gt350 I'm going to look for one with the coolers, because it seems Ford realized they're needed. Doesn't matter...

Ouch! 10 months +/- from order to delivery? That would put my delivery out to July. If the order banks open for the 2017s before I get my '16 I'm gonna try to cancel my order and order a 2017. I realize there probably won't be much, if any difference but given the choice I'll take the newer MY.

Just an observation, maybe an indication that ADMs may in fact be coming down. Bill Currie Ford in Tampa has a black one on cargurus.com that has been there for 110 days. It started out at $75,000, then on Jan 20th they dropped it to $70,000, Feb 11th dropped to $65k, and today it's advertised...

They had it listed previously on eBay for $10k over but now have it listed at no reserve. According to Ebay rules (I know, rules mean nothing) but according to Ebay once an item reaches reserve it will be sold to highest bidder. Last time I looked this had reached reserve at just over $50k...

Wow! I'm not a ford, Chevy, Chrysler, BMW, or whatever guy. I have a gt350 on order. Have owned 6 vettes, an M3, a gt500, other BMWs , Audis, etc. Anyone who says a Hellcat is boring hasn't driven one. Guaranteed.

This surprises me. You would think the cost to have 2 different braces (steel and aluminum) would be more than just using all aluminum braces. Are you sure one is steel?
