I drove mine from the dealer in Detroit back to Columbus (a little over 200 miles) and it wasn't bad. I agree that answering a phone call on bluetooth can be a little tough at higher speeds, but not bad.
This is correct. I arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes after my car came on the truck, and the first thing they had to do was install the front spoiler. They gave me the instructions though.
Finally Got Ones "review" is based on his impressions with the car both from a personal perspective, and in contrast to other Mustangs he owns. What's wrong with that? Plus which, hes being nice enough to share his opinions for everyone's benefit, I'm not sure why he shouldn't share them simply...
Beautiful! These are the colors I always dreamed of getting when I finally bought a Shelby, but I changed at the last minute. I can't say I regret the decision, as I love my car, but one day I need to own a Mustang with this setup.
So I guess the answer is no. I checked mine and the fitting looks identical to the videos.
However, I can honestly say it doesn't bother me in the slightest. You literally have to look from UNDER the line of the diffuser in order to see it. Unless you are basically on the ground looking up...
Oh, yeah that was me. He saw the car at C&C and asked if we could do an interview. I didn't know he had posted it yet.
If I said 60 in first my brain was probably a little frozen from the cold. :D Honestly Ive kept it about 3K below the redline so far because I'd like to let the engine break in...
So far it's rock solid around the corners and the steering feels very responsive. I know some of the early reviews have noted some sluggish response in the dead center but for me it feels great.
The thing that sticks out most so far is how available the power is no matter where you are on...
On my car if I open up the exhaust via the toggle switch on my dash, it definitely resets to quiet/closed mode when I turn off the ignition. I have to flip the switch again the next time I turn the car on if I want the exhaust open.
However, I haven't tried changing it from the computer menu...
Thanks for clearing that up Hack. Yeah I thought it would be an odd option for only one package to have but without seeing another model I couldn't verify anything.
I can say from experience that if you toggle the exhaust open in Normal drive mode, it resets to closed each time you turn off...
Yeah, that was just mentioned to me from the dealer, but he hadn't seen a non-tech package version so he couldn't confirm it. It may very well be available in other versions.
