That larger throttle body alone would warrant a tune. Unless they are flashing tunes without providing you with the procal to take home. Either way sounds like a bad deal if you ever consider flashing back to stock or doing any type of tune troubleshooting.

I have heard nothing but good things about the tune from you folks that have it! That's pretty crazy, I was hoping to pay a shop. Where did you get the quote if you don't mind me asking? I don't have all the goodies (jack, jack stands, ect.) to do an install like this so when I get the funds together to get the MGW I'll just need to hit up a friend and see if we can tackle...

It's about a 13 hr drive from the DFW area to GA where MGW HQ is located. Not sure if that's much of a savings just to get a free install.

If I'm not mistaken, most of the guys who were experiencing ping found it to be due to gas or not having an air/oil separator.
