Speaking of putting a Roush Phase 2 kit on the Ruby Red Flame, we are going to need a little bling. Picked these up off eBay... I think they will look sweet. I'll hold off installing until the car is actually super charged!
Next up.... preparation for the Roush Phase Two Kit (already ordered.).
First up, we need a boost gauge. I learned that you can swap out the the current PP1 gauges for the Ecoboost Performance Guages and you actually gain an OEM boost gauge that works out of the box. No kidding!
Picked...
Update: I pulled the trigger on the CS5s in gloss black. After reflection, these are a great option for a light-weight, 19inch. They have enough meat on the pokes to be visible, and they match the look of the Shelby Forged GT350 wheel. Also, being brand-new, should be unique on the road...
Pulled the trigger on new wheels for the Ruby Red Flame. I want to stay 19 inch, and gloss black. While I had my eye on the SVE SP2s, they are not expecting stock until end of Summer (no-dice!)
I selected the brand spanking new Shelby CS-5, 19x9.5 and 19x.11. I should have them next...
Selecting a wheel set is very challenging for me... I am having a really hard time choosing my next set. I like the CS-5s a lot... considering them in gloss black on a Ruby Red vert... also considering Ford Performance PP2, the Project 6GR 10s, Shelby CS11, and SP2 (if they ever get in stock).
I am putting it on my GT PP1 Vert... in June. The reason I didn't consider a GT500 was I wanted the convertible, and these superchargers are incredible.
WRT to vert stability, you don't have to drive it full-throttle, btw. I expect to find the limits to the vert and drive it balanced, with...
Added a Waylens Secure 360 LTE Security Camera (with interior radar-based motion sensors) for parking with the top-down. I still plan on adding a BlackVue 900X LTE when they finally ship...
Hi Tony. Thank you for posting this. I am getting ready to pull the trigger on this setup, I have a PP1 2019 non-magneride setup. You have been running this for sometime, any fitment issues you have experienced? Did you have to use any spacers? It looks like these new Ford Performance...
Thanks for this. I am interested in purchasing the Ford Performance PP2 replica variant (10.5 front, 11 rear) with the same tire size configuration on a PP1 Mustang GT. Now that you have been running this for a while, any issues with clearance? Any other issues?
Thanks Gismo -- did you mount the 10 inch wide wheel from Ford Performance to the front wheel? Does it fit? I noticed they guide it for rear only, but I was looking at a 10 inch wide setup for the front, and a 11 inch for the back.
I am a big fan of the SVE SP2 wheels...thinking of getting these for my soon-to-be-RoushCharged vert.

We completed a full XPEL Wrap of the bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, mirrors, and door openings. Five coats of Ceramic Pro on all surfaces (including wheels -- which I am likely not going to be keeping after she gets Super Charged.)
She shines!
Hello Mustang6G Community! I am just starting my 2019 GT Convertible build for a super-fast, topless, thrill seeking GT. I am starting with a great platform, a 2019 GT 5.0 PP1, in Ruby Red (my fav!). She is a 10R80 car, with 401a, PP1, B&O, Nav, and all the goodies. Here is my first...
