Our 2013 explorer has it and it is why I ordered it on the Mustang. I will say the 2015 system is nicer, it follows a little farther back and it accelerates when the left blinker is activated.

Not sure if it's still the case on the new car, but I was always told to keep it at a 1/4 of a tank of higher to help keep the fuel system cooling properly. While it will operate fine with less fuel in the tank, you cause things to run hotter, which can lead to early failures.
