Yeah I don't think people get this. The last time I did Katzkin it cost over $2,000. It wasn't high on my list of mods, but for that price I couldn't let it go. Besides the stock interior leather of the mustang is horrible. Moddiction - Paid by the way. :)

so is that the way the stitching was on the original seat? I'm in on the group buy, and I have the leather stock interior, but my seats don't have that stitching patern, specifically on the side bolsters.

Mine overplayed as well. It doesn't look bad. I assumed it was an extra layer for rock chips or the like. If I ever put my front plate back on it would cover it up.

I'd be really surprised if it was leather. It may be a composite, but not 100% leather. I'd use a leather / vinyl cleaner like blue coral.
