The shop that did all of my mods was able to remove the GT from the decklid without issue. I had the badges painted satin black and the GT on the decklid is back on using 3m tape with no problems. You definitely don't need a new decklid to change the GT.

The paint is pretty bad, the bumpers don't match the rest of the car. I've seen a few and the bumpers are noticeably lighter in color then the rest of the car.

Thanks for the explanation Norm. This is in line with what I was told by the shop that did the alignment on mine. I don't think I want or need lighter understeer for spirited driving. I'm not planning to track my car although I would love to, it's an expensive hobby that I cannot afford.

Here's my before and after lowering with Steeda Sport Progressive springs. I do have the Steeda adjustable toe links. I'm not sure that you can adjust the toe on stock toe links.

I used red loctite on my Steeda shift knob and was able to make the switch. It required a heat and lots of muscle but it did come off.

This is not true in Florida, each state has different requirements.
